Dr. Bernhard Rinderknecht is physician, owner of a cell-biology lab, associate professor for nutrition at the Institute for Sport at the University of Basel and Ironman (Zürich 2003 at 85Kg/188 lb), this last accomplishment has several dimensions. Bernhard weighed still more then 330 lbs (150Kg) in 2003.

Bernhard Rinderknecht is a medical doctor, specialist in gynaecology and obstetrics and specialist in pathology and gynaecological cytology. Bernhard is a two-time Ironman Finisher (Nice, Zurich) and started triathlon and cycling as part of his "self-experiment" - from a 133 kg couch potato to a 83 kg Ironman. He has authored a book about the success of weight regulation "Schlank werden, schlank bleiben" .

Therefore she knows the side of the athletes, but also the side of the therapist very well. Esther is also a mother of two children and therefore knows what it means to have to cope with several tasks. She can understand that the working athlete often lacks the time and that it makes sense to integrate certain training contents into everyday life.
